We manage your cleaners, which we strongly suggest come from Purple Dot Cleaning, our sister company. We monitor your calendars on the booking platforms (e.g. AirBnB and VRBO), schedule the cleaners, and monitor that cleans are done on time and well. Additionally, as a client of Lion Square, you receive a 10% discount on the cleaning fee you pay Purple Dot Cleaning.

We work with you to create a gameplan. Depending on whether you choose our Full or Light Property Management Services, items we cover may include:

If you opted for our Full Property Management Services, we advertise your vacation rental and diligently screen prospective guests.
Then, from monitoring the condition of your property to collecting rent, we take care everything.
If you opted for our Light Property Management Services, we maintain close contact with you and act as your in the field partner.
4. Perfomance Tracking
Ultimately, our job is to maximize your return.
We continually track our performance and share the information with you.
We send you monthly and annual reports, which include critical benchmarks like rents received, maintenance, and repairs costs.
